Essential Job Duties Include:
- Supporting staff with computer and hardware issues including printers, monitors, modems & routers, surveillance cameras, enterprise software, HRM software, Windows Operating System, Windows server, Office 365 and Microsoft Azure
- Manage all computers and I-phones thru MDM and Security Platforms
- Manage all Security Camera’s
- Manage all new hires initial set-up processes
- Manage all IT Help Tickets
- Set up and install new IT hardware with occasional light travel
- Maintain Office area and IT Storage area
Physical Requirements Include:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk, stand, sit, and reach with hands and arms.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
- High School Diploma, or GED.
Experience and Field-Specific Skills
- 2 years’ experience in an IT support role
- Excellent working knowledge of all systems.

- Applicable IT certifications or degree equivalent
