What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Care PRN Home Health Aide - Caregiver position at Westminster Communities of Florida?
We are currently searching for a Home Health Aide to service clients with one-on-one home care. In this role, the Home Health Aide is responsible for completing the tasks requested by the client in accordance with home care guidelines, training and as directed by our RN Supervisor.
Schedule: PRN, varies by client, 2 hours to 12 hour shifts available, flexible schedule (daytime, overnights and weekends available).

This Position Is Responsible For
- Assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transferring, ambulating, toileting, and other client needs
- Light housekeeping removing any trash, wash dishes, etc…
- Laundry as needed
- Ensure bathroom, kitchen and home is clean and safe
- Basic observation, medical monitoring and medication reminders under the RN Supervisor
- Document tasks completed and report any change in condition
- Companionship and social engagement
- 1 year home care experience
- CPR certification (in person, not online)
- Reliable and dependable transportation
