This role involves simple, hands-on setup in Westminster's arena after sports practice (typically around 7:00–7:30pm, depending on the practice schedule). Setup typically takes around two hours; pay rate is $25/hour.

- Unload, move, and position AV carts and rolling stands.
- Minimally set up essential sound, video, and lighting equipment.
- Run power cables, extension cords, and power strips as needed.
- Connect basic audio and video power components such as speakers, projectors, and computers.
- Prepare stage elements including instruments, stands, and other equipment.
- Equipment Examples (mostly roll in and plug power)
- Sound system and mixer connections
