Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Pasadena, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The therapist will provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, assess clients’ mental health needs, and develop treatment plans tailored to their unique situations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate client documentation, working collaboratively with team members, and staying informed on best practices within the field. The role focuses on fostering a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for clients as they navigate various challenges.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensed in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) in the state of California
- Proficiency in relationship counseling and family therapy
- Knowledge and experience in effective mental health practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical practices
