Major Accountabilities/Essential Job Duties
- Engage in multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders, and work under the direction of product owners, project managers, and company leaders.
- Act as the liaison between stakeholders, departments, development team, IT and management to ensure project deliverables satisfy the goals and expectations of the business.
- Importing, exporting and manipulation of company data; data retrieval from systems via standard system reports or ad hoc report writers.
- Business and process improvement: Identifies opportunities for business or process improvement; makes associated recommendations as appropriate.
- Responsible for the day to day operations of all enterprise applications including installation, implementation, customization, maintenance and migration.
- Provide end user support as needed and troubleshoot applications.
- Research and evaluate applications on the market applicable to our environment.
- Develop, organize and administer technological training programs, orientations and seminars. Introduce new techniques/innovation when applicable.
- Oversee process development and documentation for new or altered functionality or business process.
- Identify potential areas of automation and aid in re-engineering underlying business processes.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex business and technology problems.
- Design, develop, implement, and support Microsoft 365 including SharePoint and Power Platform.

- Database concepts and systems
- Enterprise dashboards
- Analytical, troubleshooting and application analysis skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and/or issues simultaneously
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Identify and recommend IT end user training needs
- Develop and maintain process documentation
- Knowledge of systems audit trail and security needed to satisfy audit requirements
- Excellent written and verbal skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to deal tactfully with staff, residents and other stakeholders
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of technical writing and instruction manual development
- Application support with production applications and in long term care industry
- Knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems
- Basic programming skills
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or five years’ work experience or equivalent knowledge of enterprise application support and/or business processes
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the IT field.
- Project Management Certification
