What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Aide - No License (The Hoy Center) position at Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay & Senior Options, LLC?
Location: 3100 Shore Drive, Virginia Beach, VA
Reports to: Director of Nursing
FLSA: Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Schedule: Full Time (12-hour shifts, Days (7am - 7pm) or Nights (7pm to 7am), work 3 days one week, 4 days the other week with an every other weekend rotation

Our person-centric living aligns the delivery of care with individual needs and preferences. The Hoy features home-like, comfortable settings, which we call Lighthouses, each with a family room and e-concept kitchen. These modern and open private rooms are comfortable, well-appointed and tastefully designed. The Lighthouses include the Rose Island, Mission Point, Point Lookout, Cape Henry and Point Roberts.
Residents on each floor enjoy breathtaking views and refreshing ocean breezes on three spacious and striking outdoor terraces, we call Observation Decks. The Fletcher Prayer Room, which provides a dedicated, peaceful sanctuary for contemplation and prayer is also available to our residents.

The Experience You’ll Bring
- At least 6-months experience, or have successfully completed a nurse-aide program
- CPR certification (or must obtain within the first 60-days of Employment)
- Flu Vaccinated
- Experience working with the Senior population
- Compensation: $18.00/hour
