Role Description The Comfort Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Westlake, OH. This position is responsible for engaging residential, commercial, and industrial customers, understanding their HVAC needs, and presenting appropriate solutions and service options. Day-to-day tasks include generating and following up on leads, preparing quotes, conducting on-site consultations, and closing sales in alignment with company standards and pricing. The Sales Specialist collaborates closely with service technicians and office staff to schedule work, ensure accurate information, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also includes maintaining sales records, meeting performance targets, participating in product and service training, and representing the company professionally at all customer touchpoints.
