What You’ll Do
- Inspect and test products to ensure quality standards are met
- Use measurement tools and testing equipment (calipers, gauges, etc.)
- Document inspection results and report any quality issues
- Work with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects
- Maintain accurate records and follow quality procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or quality control is a plus
- Familiarity with measurement tools and inspection processes preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
