Requirements
Key Responsibilities: ?
- Perform final inspections of plastic parts and packaging for visual, dimensional, and functional quality. ?
- Use tools like calipers and gauges to verify specifications. ?
- Identify and document defects, segregate non-conforming materials, and assist in corrective actions. ?
- Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and shipment preparation. ?
- Support audits and ISO compliance activities. ?
- Maintain cleanliness and follow safety procedures. ?
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework is a plus. ?
- 1–2 years of QC or manufacturing experience, preferably in plastics. ?
- Ability to read technical drawings and use inspection tools. ?
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and recordkeeping skills. ?
- Basic computer skills.
- ERP experience is a plus. ?
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and occasional fumes.
