Location: Brownsville, TN (on-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–12:00am or 2:30pm–12:30am, with overtime as needed (some Saturdays, 50 hrs/week)
Pay: Starting $55,000

About the Role
Westlake Pipe & Fittings is one of North America’s largest PVC pipe and fittings manufacturers, with 23 locations across the U.S. We’re hiring a 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Brownsville team. You’ll run daily warehouse operations, from receiving and inventory through shipping, while keeping the team safe, productive, and accountable.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and schedule shift staff and group leaders: hiring, training, coaching, performance reviews, and discipline
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, and shipping to hit accuracy and on-time targets
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, variance reconciliation, and system transactions
• Track and report KPIs: productivity, inventory accuracy, equipment uptime, and customer complaints
• Coordinate with Customer Service to align staffing with order demand
• Order supplies to prevent stockouts without overstocking
• Enforce safe equipment operation and operator-level preventive maintenance
• Organize warehouse floor space and recommend layout and process improvements
• Secure the warehouse and yard (alarms, cameras, policy enforcement)
• Coordinate with outside vendors such as pallet suppliers, pest control, and snow removal

What You Bring

• 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience (warehouse or manufacturing preferred)
• High school diploma or GED; some post-secondary education preferred
• Experience with WMS software and RF scanners
• SAP, AX, or other ERP experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, plus comfort working with data and reports
• A safety-first, results-driven mindset with strong organization and communication skills
• Must live in or near Brownsville, TN

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
This role requires regular standing and walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally (25 lbs frequently). You’ll work in a loud manufacturing environment with exposure to humidity, moving machinery, fumes and airborne particles, chemicals, and occasional work at heights.
