Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service flow, and cleanliness standards
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure high performance and team cohesion
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste
- Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems and reconcile cash drawers at shift end
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures to maintain quality standards
- Assist with hiring processes by interviewing candidates and participating in staff onboarding and training sessions
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to uphold excellent service standards
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, with strong leadership skills
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
- Expertise in inventory control, food safety, and food management procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
- Strong team management abilities, including staff training, development, and performance evaluation
- Experience in restaurant management within casual dining or fine dining environments is highly desirable
