The Cocktail Server enhances the guest experience by delivering prompt, friendly, and professional beverage service in lounges, banquet functions, and occasionally restaurant settings. HOW YOU?LL SHAPE THE EXPERIENCE & FUTURE
- Take and accurately process guest beverage orders.
- Serve alcoholic beverages, including shots, bottled beer, draught beer, and mixed drinks, in accordance with legal and company standards.
- Sell unopened alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for off-premises consumption when permitted.
- Handle guest payments, process sales, and provide accurate change.
- Arrive for scheduled shifts on time, in uniform, and ready to work per company standards.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and applicable alcohol service laws.
- Greet and engage guests warmly to create a welcoming environment.
- Assist with additional duties as assigned by leadership.
- Other duties as assigned.
