We're a boutique med spa in Westhaven, Franklin, looking for a licensed esthetician to join our team. You'll give clients a polished, personal experience and help them get real results from their skin care.
Pay: $22/hour plus 10% commission on sales
Schedule: 15-20 hours per week to start, afternoon to early evening, some Saturdays
What you'll do
- Perform facials and skin treatments for a loyal, growing client base
- Consult with clients and recommend treatment plans and products
- Keep your treatment room spotless and the client experience high end
- Work alongside our medical team
What we offer

Requirements
- Active Tennessee esthetician license
- Professional, warm, polished presentation
- Strong client service skills
- Spa or med spa experience preferred; new licensed grads with great energy welcome
- Availability afternoons to early evenings and some Saturdays
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
