We
need a Permit Coordinator with at least 2 years of residential solar
experience, and 1 year of solar permit running experience
We

Permit
Coordinator - What you will do
- Manage permit process
- Prepares permit/license applications
per project at City or County level.
- Physically delivers permits to
building departments, overseeing the entire process from submission to
approval.
- Physically delivers and gets signatures
for any/all paperwork between homeowner and City/County Agencies.
- Provide exceptional customer service
by maintaining a professional demeanor, develops and maintains
relationships, and communicate effectively with the City/County Agencies.
- Communicate clearly and quickly with
managers and other departments about changes to process, requirements, or
obstacles to workflow.
- Follow-up on issues with appropriate
departments to move jobs through the permitting process as quickly as
possible.
- Upload approved plans, job cards, and
job-related files to our CRM system.
- Upload corrections to our CRM and
notify the design team.
- Maintain a safe and clean office
space.

- Must be highly organized and punctual.
- Ability to understand, read, and
comprehend contract documents, plans, and specifications.
- Ability to stay organized and maintain
project records.

aggressive timelines.
- Desire and commitment to working
safely, at all times..
- Solid teamwork capabilities and
willingness to do what is needed to get the job done.
- Willingness to learn, grow and always
be improving.
- Focus on customer service, consistent
production, and meeting project deadlines.
- Presentable to and highly engaging
with clients, holding the clients’ perspective to the highest regard.
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Previous OSHA and/or NABCEP training, a
plus!
