What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Instructional Assistants position at Westhampton Day School?
Westhampton Day School is a full-day, year-round program located in Richmond, VA. We are looking to hire two part time Instructional Assistant positions for the 2026-2027 school year. We are looking to hire an Instructional Assistant in our 2 year old program and in our 3 year old program.
WDS is licensed through Virginia Department of Education, a rated program through VA Quality, and Nationally Accredited through Early Learning Leaders. Staff compensation is based off of education and experience in the early childhood education field. Instructional Assistants are responsible for supporting teachers, nap coverage, and actively supervising students while providing hands-on activities.
Part-time positions are 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM Monday - Friday work schedule.
