RN STAFF EDUCATOR: West-Gate Hills is a long-term care and rehabilitation center providing quality services in the Havertown community. The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:
- licensed in PA as an RN - ability to lead
- willingness to learn
- ability to support the team by working in a cohesive team-oriented manner
- ability to educate, train and motivate Charge Nurses and C.N.A.'s
- ability to multi-task, while insuring that quality care is provided to our residents
- ability to work in a detail-oriented manner - ability to work independently and efficiently
- ability to communicate with individuals in a professional and caring manner-
- ability to manage infection control program - ability to support nursing team, via managing, guiding and directing
