-Ability to work 7am - 3pm or 11pm - 7am Every Other Weekend
- licensed in PA as a LPN ability to lead
- willingness to learn
- ability to support the team by working in a cohesive team-oriented manner
- ability to educate, train and motivate C.N.A.'s
- ability to multi-task, while providing quality care to our residents
- ability to work in a detail-oriented manner
- ability to communicate with individuals in a professional and caring manner.
