Join our dynamic team as an In House Greeter at our premier resort in the heart of Las Vegas! We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to be the first point of contact for our valued guests, setting the tone for their exceptional stay with us.
- Welcome guests with a warm, energetic greeting and a genuine smile
- Provide informative and friendly assistance with the check-in process
- Offer expert knowledge about our resort amenities and local attractions
- Enter guest information accurately into our computer systems
- Direct guests to appropriate areas within the resort
- Collaborate with sales representatives to support their appointments
- Assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times
- Anticipate and address guest needs proactively
- Contribute to creating a positive and memorable guest experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a friendly and enthusiastic attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and data entry
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and excellent grooming standards
- Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly Spanish
- Knowledge of Las Vegas attractions and amenities is beneficial
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light luggage if needed
