What You'll Do as a Housekeeper:

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey of delivering unparalleled hospitality experiences? We are thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. You will demonstrate Westgate’s core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in every interaction with guests and team members.

• Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms.
• Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required.
• Deliver to our guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above, adhering to the resort's established guidelines.
• Perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
• Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Immediately report any Lost & Found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team.
• Other duties may be assigned, contributing to the overall success and excellence of our housekeeping operations.
  
  

What You'll Bring:

• Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.

• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or general education degree GED.
