• Track and verify accuracy of source documents received for contract processing.
• Contact preparers of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
• Input data from source documents into computer systems, applying necessary codes and corrections.
• Record completed work and respond to inquiries regarding entered data.
• Transfer entered information into the database and maintain accurate records.
• File or route source documents after entry.
• Print and prepare documents for mailing, marking signature and notary areas, and applying proper mail-out codes.
• Handle owner inquiries regarding documents in a professional manner.
• Assist with special projects as designated by the manager or lead.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Timeshare experience a plus.
