Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair, with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to assess vehicle issues.
- Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with service advisors and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and participate in ongoing training as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician; dealership experience is preferred.
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
