As a Veterinary Criticalist with us, you'll enjoy a three-day work week with a competitive base salary plus production earning potential, all while being part of a supportive team that celebrates success and focuses on delivering innovative medicine.
Position Highlights
- Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week with mostly 8a-8p inpatient, but rare receiving or overnight shifts as needed to support the schedule
- No on-call duties
- Provide advanced medical management of critically ill and injured patients.
- Develop and oversee ICU services, workflows, and standards of care.
- Serve as a consultant and clinical leader for the ER and specialty teams.
- Establish evidence-based ICU protocols and quality assurance measures.
- Lead and support ICU staff training, mentorship, and team development.
- Guide equipment selection and implementation of advanced critical care technologies.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership on service growth, staffing, and strategic planning.
- Deliver compassionate, clear communication with clients during complex and high-acuity cases.
- This role combines hands-on critical care with program development and leadership in a collaborative, high-volume specialty environment.
- Salary: $225,000 - $260,000 (based on experience)
- $50,000 sign-on bonus

Requirements
- DVM or equivalent
- Board certified ( /- or Boards eligible) in Emergency and Critical Care
