Ensure proper availability of competent employees, currently on staff, at their work stations on time in accordance with anticipated business volume and financial control goals.
- Ensure proper performance of employees per established standards
- Ensure a clean, safe and organized work environment, being fully knowledgeable regarding all hotel policies and procedures
- Directly supervise staff during peak periods and high demand periods in banquets.
- Ensure a positive work environment through thoughtful management techniques, fairness, sensitive listening, positive reinforcement, etc.
- Solicit, measure, and manage against frequent customer feedback.
- Recommend and if approved, implement improvements in policies, procedures and standards.
- Assist in developing new or improving existing menus and product offerings.
