Short Term Health Screening PositionIn accordance with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health regulation 105 CMR 200.400,Westford Public Schools is seeking two (2) technicians to assist with vision, hearing, height and weight screening. The ideal candidate will have experience; however, training will be provided per School Health Screening guidelines.Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform vision, hearing, height and weight screenings for students in grades K-5, grade 7 and grade 10.All screenings are conducted during the school day and will require the technician to consult and communicate with the Health Clinics in each building.Technicians are encouraged to efficiently schedule students in order to complete tasks in a timely manner. Schedule can be flexible; however, 6 hours/day until December is recommended; followed by minimum monthly commitments through May.
