About the position
Responsibilities
• Define the strategy, vision, and goals for TakeUp, aiming for \$20M in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by Year 10.
• Lead ongoing B2B SaaS business model experiments and develop a go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
• Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to decrease customer acquisition cost (CAC) while increasing customer satisfaction.
• Assemble and lead a high-performing team, coaching and developing team members to align with the overall strategy.
• Collaborate with the Technical Leader to create and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer challenges.
Requirements
• Proven experience in leading early-stage SaaS ventures from concept to \$1M ARR.
• Deep experience in B2B SaaS and leading cross-functional teams through growth phases.
• Ability to thrive in startup environments and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Strong data-driven mindset with a willingness to experiment and innovate.
• Experience in setting strategic visions and narratives that inspire stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in customer discovery and networking within the hospitality industry.
