- Organize, mail and file contracts for school and officials.
- Distribute team rosters to opponents.
- Assist Athletic Director in monitoring athlete eligibility.
- Generate award certificates for fall, winter and spring athletes.
- Assist the Dean of Students with attendance, discipline and suspension notifications.
- Act as liaison to the Hamilton County Juvenile Detention Center in assuring that school work is provided for incarcerated students.
- Post period by period student attendance in PowerSchool. Update as needed from attendance line, sign-in/out sheet and clinic.
- Run daily attendance report for absences and tardies. Follow up with phone calls to parents for absent students. Complete tardy slips and forward to the Dean of Students.
- Compile information for students requesting prearranged absences (which is for other educational activity requests) and forward to the principal for approval.
- Send out weekly attendance letters.
- Must be dependable, professional and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Possess interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan, organize and problem solve.
- Knowledge of various software programs.
- Excellent telephone techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
