The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing management, with expertise in both skilled care and hospice care. This leadership role requires a compassionate individual who can effectively manage staff and uphold resident rights while ensuring compliance with medical regulations.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the nursing team to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Foster a positive and supportive work environment through effective communication and staff development
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
Oversee budgeting and resource allocation to ensure efficient use of resources
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to drive continuous quality improvement
Requirements:
0 years of experience in nursing management, with expertise in both skilled care and hospice care
Strong background in nursing with a current license to practice in the state of Nebraska
Leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively manage staff and prioritize tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and families
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and situations
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
