Reports to: AVP/Retail Lending Operations Production Manager Amount of
Travel Required: Some Travel Positions Supervised: N/A POSITION SUMMARY
The Loan Processing Specialist II is responsible for processing
mortgage, equity and consumer loan files. Prepares and sends loan
disclosure packages for mortgage and home equity loans. Performs a
variety of duties as it relates to the processing, underwriting and
closing of mortgages, home equity lines, home equity loans and consumer
loans. Provides loan processing support to the Loan Officer. Acts as a
direct contact for all parties in the transaction, including; the
Borrower, Loan Officer And Realtor. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Review And
analyze all loan and borrower documentation to determine sufficiency for
submission to Underwriting. Carry a personal pipeline of at least 35
loans. Manage a pipeline of loans to insure all commitment and closing
dates are met; as well as the bank\'s production timeframe standards
(typically 30 days). Monitor files to ensure any change of circumstance
events are identified. Review files prior to submission to Underwriting
to insure all needed information, forms and documentation are collected
and complete. Communicate statuses and issues throughout the process to
all parties involved including; the customer, branch and Loan Officer.
Monitor the pipeline to ensure loan disclosures are prepared and
delivered within the required regulatory timeframes. Obtain all verbal
and written verifications of employment, tax transcripts, property tax
bills, bank relationship, licensing verifications, title commitment and
mortgagee clause updates. Order credit, credit supplements, flood
certificate, appraisals, re-inspections and any additional information
as needed for the loan file. Process credit card transactions for
upfront fees. Update and maintains the File Contacts information within
Encompass for all parties in loan file. Perform HMDA compliance review
of all loans. Ensure files are ready for submission to Closing
Department. Perform general office/clerical duties such as filing,
answering phones, opening mail and ordering supplies. Must complete BSA,
AML, and other Regulatory and Continuing Education as assigned. Must
adhere to all bank and regulatory policies and procedures specific to
position. Performs additional duties as requested. POSITION

Minimum of 3 years of mortgage processing experience is required.
Associates Degree Or Equivalent Professional Experience Required.
Knowledge of LOS Encompass system and Secondary Market Mortgage
guidelines. High degree of attention to detail and the ability to work
under pressure of multiple projects and deadlines is required. OFAC &
CIP Training completed during employment.
