We are searching for an entry-level Corporate Accountant at our Headquarters facility.

Status: Full-Time | Exempt
The base salary range for this position is $54,700 - $82,100. Actual base salary is based on the geographic location and the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate.
About the Role
The Corporate Accountant plays a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of our corporate operations. This position is responsible for a wide range of accounting functions including daily cash postings, reconciliations, vendor administration, financial reporting and audit processes. You’ll be a key resource for our business partner groups, supporting budgeting and forecasting.
What You’ll Do
- Post and reconcile daily cash activity in the general ledger
- Reconcile all company bank statements
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for corporate divisions
- Assist with internal and external financial reporting
- Support monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and capital budgets
- Manage vendor administration and invoice coding
- Record inter-division and inter-company eliminations
- Assist with corporate-level accounting (benefits, debt, lease accounting, etc.)
- Stay current on GAAP changes and apply them appropriately
- Complete period closing duties including journal entries and subledger maintenance
- Accounts Receivable: Create payments, generate and monitor aging reports for Ecological Services, Nursery, and Lodge
- Support external audit processes and special projects as needed
