About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and bilingual HR professional to join our growing HR team. This role offers exposure to multiple areas of Human Resources, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The scope of this role may evolve based on the candidate's experience, strengths, and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations across multiple warehouse locations.
- Assist with payroll administration and maintain accurate employee records.
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Coordinate with external vendors regarding payroll, benefits, workers' compensation, and 401(k) administration.
- Support employee relations and HR compliance initiatives.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement efforts.
- Partner with operations teams to support multiple locations.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Professional working proficiency in both English and Chinese required.
- Previous experience in HR, payroll, administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or multi-site environments is a plus.
