We are currently searching for full-time ARNP and PA Providers to join our Arlington, WA family medicine practice.
Schedule is Monday – Friday, no weekends.

Summary
We are hiring new providers at Whitehorse Family Medicine (Arlington). Each full-time position provides a competitive salary (DOE), full benefits, 401k, profit-sharing, flexible scheduling, the opportunity to see your patients independently, and build your own practice within a practice. General Responsibilities:
Provide healthcare to all age groups in accordance with the State of Washington Department of Licensing and professional scope of practice. In addition, the practitioner provides diagnostic and therapeutic healthcare services, while making reasonable and sound clinical assessments and treatment plans.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid license to practice in the State of Washington
- Active DEA controlled substances registration
- Current certification from associated national academy affiliation
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CPR/AED) certification
- You must be able to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPT/ICD-10 coding experience
- EHR/EMR experience
Education:
Master’s degree (required) or Doctorate degree
Experience:
Family practice - 1 year (preferred)

Compensation:
Total compensation (base salary production): $140K - $175K per year, depending on experience, skill set, and education.
Hours: Schedule is full time Monday – Friday, no weekends.
