Medical Receptionist
Western Wake Pediatrics – Cary, NC
Pay: $21 per hour
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM-5:00 PM
- Occasional Saturday mornings, 7:45 AM-12:30 PM

What You’ll Do
As a Medical Receptionist, you will help keep the front office running smoothly by:
- Greeting patients and families with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Checking patients in and out for appointments
- Verifying patient demographic and insurance information
- Scanning insurance cards and other required documents
- Collecting copays and outstanding account balances
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing callers appropriately
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Preparing paperwork for physical exams, new patients, and prenatal visits
- Scanning and maintaining electronic medical records
- Balancing daily payments and receipts
- Assisting with medical records and other front office responsibilities
- Supporting other administrative team members as needed
- Completing special projects and assignments as directed

Experience with eClinicalWorks is a plus.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous receptionist, medical office, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
- Pediatric office experience is helpful but not required
