Veterinary Technician (Part-Time_

Join our team at Del Norte Animal Hospital as a Veterinary Technician and help us provide exceptional patient care! In this role, you'll work closely with your team to ensure smooth appointments and procedures. This opening is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy engaging with clients and maintaining an organized workflow in a fast-paced environment. This is a Part-Time position, with availability needed Monday-Friday & rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians and other technicians during exams, treatments, and surgical procedures.
• Safely restrain animals and provide compassionate handling.
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms, surgical suites, and equipment.
• Administer medications and perform basic laboratory tests.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Maintain accurate medical records and uphold hospital standards.

• Compensation: $16-$22 per hour, for each hour worked*
