Sandhills Veterinary Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative?to become the next member of our incredible team. As the face of the hospital, our CSRs greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide.
This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.
Schedule: This is a flexible position, open to full-time or part-time and availability needed Monday-Friday only - NO WEEKENDS.
Our full-time staff work 4x10s Monday - Friday and part-time staff typically work 2-3 10-hour shifts each week.

This fully paperless, state-of-the-art hospital is designed for efficiency, cleanliness, and a low-stress client and patient experience, supported by advanced diagnostics including digital radiography, ultrasound, and in-house laboratory capabilities.
Founded over a decade ago, with an experienced and collaborative team. Leadership fosters a trust-based, no-micromanagement environment where communication, respect, and teamwork are core to daily operations. Sandhills is especially known for its exceptional staff retention, with many team members having been part of the practice for 10 years—creating a stable, drama-free culture that prioritizes both high-quality medicine and a positive workplace.
