All Creatures Animal Care Center is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to become the next member of our incredible team!
As the face of the hospital, our CSRs create the first impression for our clients and patients. We're looking for someone who brings warmth, compassion, and positivity to every interaction while helping keep our hospital running smoothly.
What You'll Do
All Creatures Animal Care Center is an AAHA-accredited, mixed-animal practice and the only mixed-animal hospital serving six counties. Our recently remodeled hospital (2023) is well-equipped with modern technology, including digital X-ray, digital dental radiographs, ultrasound, laser therapy, anesthesia monitoring, an in-house lab, endoscopy, and reproductive services.
We are a six-doctor practice with a highly collaborative, supportive team and a culture built on respect, trust, and long-term relationships. Many of our clients feel like family, and we are proud of our strong employee retention and commitment to supporting our team through all stages of their careers.
All Creatures is also closely connected with Mississippi State, regularly hosting externs and investing in the future of veterinary medicine. Our practice style reflects the community we serve while maintaining a strong commitment to quality care, mentorship, and teamwork.

What You'll Do
- Greet clients and patients with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Schedule and manage appointments to support an efficient daily flow
- Provide empathetic, high-quality customer service in person and over the phone
- Multi-task between a multi-line phone system and front desk responsibilities
- Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately
- Answer client questions and provide information about services
- Support the team in maintaining a smooth and organized workflow
- Full-time, 5/8 schedule
- Monday-Friday
- Rotating weekends (typically once per month):
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Sunday: 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- Compensation: $12-18 per hour, for each hour worked*

- Previous veterinary experience highly preferred
