Veterinary Receptionist

Pontchartrain Animal Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to join our incredible team!

As the face of the hospital, our CSRs create a welcoming, compassionate experience for every client and patient. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

In This Role, You Will

• Schedule appointments and help manage daily patient flow
• Provide friendly, empathetic customer service to both in-person and phone clients
• Confidently multitask using a multi-line phone system and front desk responsibilities
• Process financial transactions and respond to client inquiries
• Educate clients on hospital services and general information
  
  

This position is ideal for candidates who are personable, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy setting.

Schedule

Flexible full-time position with either a 5/8 or 4/10 schedule

Availability needed Monday-Friday with rotating Saturday

Minimum Qualifications And Skill Set

• 1 years of client service or customer service experience
• Previous veterinary experience required
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable with computers and technology (tech-savvy)
