Legacy Animal Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment.

Legacy Animal Hospital is a well-established, full-service small animal practice serving Las Vegas, Henderson, and the surrounding communities for more than 50 years. Our team includes two veterinarians, two LVTs, and a dedicated support staff who provide comprehensive care for dogs and cats in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Services include wellness and preventive care, urgent care, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, geriatric medicine, pain management, and laser therapy. Our modern facility is equipped with digital radiography, in-house laboratory diagnostics, a dedicated surgical suite, and digital dental radiography, allowing our team to provide a broad range of medical and surgical care in-house.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Compensation: $18 - $19 per hour, for each hour worked
- This is a full-time position with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

- Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Ability to manage a multi-line phone system while assisting in-person clients
- Experience working with veterinary practice management software preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars preferred
- Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team
