Woodland Veterinary Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital.
In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Today, our 11,000-square-foot campus is home to a collaborative team of 9 veterinarians and over 40 veterinary support professionals, all dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care. Schedule And Compensation
- Compensation: $20-25 per hour, for each hour worked
- This position offers part-time or full-time scheduling options. We are open to a part-time team member with strong customer service experience and a willingness to learn, as well as an experienced veterinary professional seeking a full-time opportunity. Full-time candidates should have at least two years of veterinary experience. Flexibility throughout the week, including occasional Saturday and Sunday availability, is preferred.

- 1 years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role is required
- We are open to candidates with strong customer service experience and an interest in veterinary medicine for part-time opportunities. Full-time candidates should have at least two years of veterinary experience.
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Ability to manage a multi-phone line system while assisting in-person clients
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars preferred
- Ability to accurately process payments and maintain financial records
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team
- Ability to remain calm, professional and solution-oriented during busy periods
