Kingman Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated and versatile Client Service Representative/Veterinary Assistant to join our team! In this dual-role position, you'll be a vital part of both our reception staff and our medical support team. Whether you're greeting clients at the front desk or assisting in the treatment area, your work will help ensure our patients receive the highest quality care and our clients feel informed, supported, and welcome.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with outpatient visits and procedures, educating pet owners, managing appointment flow, and maintaining a warm, professional presence as the face of our hospital. You’ll collaborate with our doctors and veterinary technicians while also engaging with clients in person and over the phone to answer questions, schedule appointments, and provide guidance on our services.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is equally passionate about excellent patient care and outstanding customer service.
This is a flexible, full-time, or part-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday.
