- Oversee hospital performance, budgeting, and payroll while driving sustainable growth
- Ensure efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and strong operational standards
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning, service expansion, and performance goals
- Manage daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and facility needs
- Enhance client experience, resolve concerns, and support marketing efforts

- Compensation: $80,500-90,000 annual base salary*
- Quarterly bonus opportunities: Based on hospital performance
