Registered Veterinary Technician

Crossroads Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team!

In This Role, You Will

• Provide exceptional patient care during surgical and dental procedures, including anesthesia monitoring, patient prep and recovery, and dental cleanings and radiographs.
• Support efficient exam room flow and deliver outstanding client communication.
• Review treatment plans, provide discharge instructions, and answer client questions with empathy and clarity.
• Work closely with your team to carry out the veterinarian's orders during outpatient visits, ensuring every patient receives attentive, high-quality care.
  
  

This role is ideal for detail-oriented technicians who are passionate about excellent patient and client care, and who thrive in a supportive, team-driven environment.

This is a full-time position with a 4/10 schedule, Monday-Friday.

Full-Time Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $21-$24 per hour
• Bonus Package: $2,000
• CE Allowance: Up to $1,000 annually (based on tenure)

Minimum Qualifications

• 3 years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
• Current Colorado Veterinary Technician License
• Proficiency in:
• Client communication
• Anesthesia induction/monitoring
• Dental prophylaxis
• IVC placement
• Outpatient care
