What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a team of veterinarians
- Practice high-quality small animal medicine and surgery
- Promote medical excellence and best practices
- Partner with hospital leadership to support growth and team development
- Foster a collaborative, positive hospital culture
- DVM or VMD from an accredited veterinary school
- Active (or eligible) Florida veterinary license
- 5 years of small animal clinical experience preferred
- Previous leadership or mentorship experience preferred
- Strong communication, medical, and surgical skills
- Passion for mentoring and progressive, evidence-based medicine
