As our Medical Director, you’ll serve as both a practicing clinician and a strategic leader. You will shape medical protocols, cultivate a positive practice culture, and partner with hospital leadership to elevate the overall standard of care and service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading by example in delivering quality, client-focused care
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and leading positive change initiatives to enhance efficiency, team dynamics, and patient outcomes
- Collaborating with the practice manager to support operational excellence and team engagement
- Overseeing the development and implementation of medical policies, procedures, and protocols
- Mentoring and coaching doctors and support staff to foster continuous growth and professional development
- Playing a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and retaining veterinary talent
- Partnering with leadership on budgeting, equipment upgrades, and long-term planning
- Have 5 years of clinical experience and are passionate about both medicine and leadership
- Enjoy being a resource, mentor, and motivator for veterinary professionals
- Are eager to bring ideas and improvements to a practice that values innovation
- Excel at communication and decision-making in a collaborative environment
- Take pride in fostering a supportive, respectful, and fun team culture
