- Flexible 3–4 day workweek (10-hour shifts) with a 90-minute lunch
- Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–5:30 PM; rotating Saturdays 9 AM–4 PM
- No on-call or after-hours emergencies
- 2.5:1 tech-to-doctor ratio, including CVTs and trained veterinary assistants
- On-call access to board-certified surgeon and ultrasonographer
- Emergency/specialty hospital just five minutes away
