About The Role
As our Lead Veterinary Technician, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting our technical team while remaining hands-on in patient care.
- Delegate tasks to support efficient workflow and exceptional patient care
- Monitor daily hospital operations and uphold safety protocols
- Train, mentor, and support Veterinary Technicians and Assistants
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture
- Work alongside the team to manage surgical and exam caseloads
- Lead by example while supporting high-quality medicine every day
This Is a Full-time Position With a 5/8 Schedule
- Monday-Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Future: Rotating Saturdays (with a weekday off)
- Compensation: $21-25 per hour, for each hour worked*
- Bonus package: $500-$2,000 based on experience and licensure
- CE allowance: Up to $1,000 annually based on licensure

- 10 years of hands-on veterinary technician experience in a clinical setting
- Active Florida Veterinary Technician certification preferred

- Anesthesia induction and monitoring
- Dental prophylaxis and dental radiographs
- IV catheter placement and IV/IM injections
- Cystocentesis
- Microscopic evaluation
