This is an ideal position for someone that loves mentorship, has strong communication skills, and has a genuine passion for helping pets and their people.

This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 hour schedule and availability needed Monday- Friday.

Full-time benefits and compensation**:

  • Compensation: $33-38 per hour, for each hour worked*
  • Bonus package: $2000
  • CE allowance: up to $1,000 annually based on tenure

Minimum Qualifications And Skill Set

  • 3 years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
  • Current Veterinary Technician License in the state of Washington
  • Experience training new team members
  • Improving workflows and implementing SOPs
  • Proficiency in the following skills:
    • Surgical assistance and anesthesia monitoring
    • Dental prophy and x-ray
    • Advanced client education
    • In-house patient care
