Responsibilities Include
- Supporting efficient exam room, outpatient, surgical, and dental workflows
- Performing anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery
- Assisting in surgery
- Performing dental procedures, including prophylaxis and radiography
- Maintaining accurate, detailed medical records and treatment documentation
- Reviewing treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions with clients clearly and compassionately
- Identifying patient concerns and supporting efficient case management across the hospital
Schedule And Compensation
- Compensation: $26-30 per hour, for each hour worked
- This is a flexible position, with a flexible schedule and availability needed Monday-Saturday.
- Bonus package: $2000 based on active, good-standing veterinary technician credentials in the state of Oregon
- CE allowance: $500-$1,000 based on tenure and credentials
