What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality medical care and maintain an active clinical caseload
- Support and mentor associate veterinarians and early-career doctors
- Collaborate with leadership to guide medical standards, protocols, and hospital growth initiatives
- Contribute to the development of hospital policies and procedures
- Foster a positive, team-focused culture that prioritizes patient care and professional development

- Daily doctor rounds that encourage case collaboration and continuous learning

Schedule
- Full-time position (approximately 40 hours per week)
- Doctors begin the day with collaborative morning rounds
- Appointments typically begin around 8:30 AM
- Two Saturdays per month required (8:00 AM–1:00 PM)
- Last appointment at 5:30
