This position offers a unique opportunity to partner in hospital leadership, help guide medical standards, and play an active role in shaping the future of our practice.
Working alongside an experienced Hospital Manager and supportive veterinary team, the Co-Medical Director will help drive positive change, foster professional growth among colleagues, and ensure the continued delivery of high-quality medicine.

What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of clinical veterinary experience
- Interest in leadership, mentorship, and hospital growth
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A commitment to high-quality medicine and patient care
- A veterinarian who values team culture, professional development, flexibility and continuous improvement
Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time)
- Competitive base salary ($120,000-$145,000) quarterly production (no negative accrual)
- Sign-on bonus and/or relocation assistance
