Salary
The base salary range is $105,000 – 130,000 USD per year. Total on target compensation includes a base salary plus a variable target incentive that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.

Role Responsibilities
- Support the development, management, and execution of strategic initiatives that drive regional growth, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, key milestones, and business outcomes.
- Partner with senior leaders across departments to support strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making activities.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, dashboards, and communications for leadership forums, including Monthly Business Reviews and Operating Plans.
- Facilitate internal communications and assist with planning for leadership meetings, organizational updates, and strategic reviews.
- Contribute to change management efforts by supporting communication, alignment, and adoption of strategic initiatives across teams.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks or roadblocks, and recommend solutions to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Conduct analysis to support strategic assessments, initiative prioritization, and measurement of business impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Math, or a related field or equivalent experience; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
- 7 years of relevant experience in strategy, project management, business operations, finance, or a similar cross-functional role; equivalent experience considered.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects with strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to interpret data, develop insights, and support strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience preparing materials for senior leadership.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to navigate a matrix organization and build strong relationships across diverse teams.
- Experience supporting strategic planning, business reviews, or organizational transformation initiatives is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
